Our classes are built to deliver a high-level strength and conditioning training experience in a structured, safe, and fun environment without the chaos of overcrowded classes. Classes are capped at 12 and this is where consistency meets intensity inside an amazing community of people all moving towards better.
We believe athletic development starts early and the right foundation changes everything. Our youth program is designed to build confident, capable athletes through age-appropriate training that emphasizes movement quality, mental toughness, and the habits that drive long-term success. Whether your child is stepping into fitness for the first time or chasing a varsity roster spot, we meet them where they are and push them further.
Our Private Training Program delivers the structure and personalization of one-on-one coaching, combined with the energy and accountability of a small group. Each session is built around your specific goals, whether it’s elite athletic performance or improvements in strength, endurance, and mobility while training alongside a small group of like-minded members all pushing toward their own version of better.

Velocity Fast. Focused. Unstoppable. Velocity is our metabolic conditioning program built to push your engine — torching calories, sharpening endurance, and unlocking an athleticism you didn't know you had. Plus a post-workout endorphin rush that will have you feeling energized for the rest of your day.

Hybrid, your workout, your way. Saturdays at are about flexibility — catch up on a session you missed, dial in a skill you've been working on, or get focused time with our trainers to prep for your next event. Hybrid gives you the space and support to make it happen. No two Saturdays look the same — and that's exactly the point.
