Born in San Jose, CA, I grew up playing every sport possible. At a young age I had a passion for athletics and
fitness, playing on many soccer and baseball teams. When high school rolled around I knew my first true sporting
love was baseball. During High School I played baseball for a nationally ranked team. In the early 90's, I
attended the Air Force Reserve Officer Training Program. After Graduating in "92" I attended a local College.
I played college baseball and played in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, before returning to play baseball in the US.
After my baseball career ended I was accepted into the Kinesiology program at Cal State University, East Bay
(Formerly Hayward). After I graduated in "99" with a BS in Kinesiology I went into the education field
and became a Physical Education Teacher.
In 2001, I entered the health and fitness world as a Personal Trainer at All American Fitness in Oklahoma City.
Six months later I became the Assistant General/Fitness Manager. In 2002, I was given the opportunity to return
to the West Coast to work as General Manager for Allstar Fitness, Seattle.
Two years later, in 2004, I returned to teaching Physical Education at Evergreen Academy in Bothell. I continued
providing personal training services to my clientele outside of my teaching role as this fulfilled my passion to
help people maintain a healthy lifestyle. This brings us to today.
Just as I
am a dedicated father and husband I am also dedicated to working with you, the clients on a one-on-one basis
throughout the week. I have always achieved great results whether I’m teaching kids who have Diabetes,
Aspergers and obesity problems how to maintain a healthy Mind, Body and Spirit through health and Fitness, or
working with adults who want to tone up their physique or lose 15 pounds to fit in a wedding dress. No matter
what your needs, I will dedicate myself to guiding and training you to a healthy Mind, Body and Spirit through
Health and Fitness.

I started working with Cailean three months ago attending his Boot Camp three days a week. In the three months
I have lost 19lbs.,dropped pant sizes and lost significant inches from all over my body. Cailean has motivated
me to address my eating habits as well as my physical fitness. Cailean provided me with healthy alternatives
and a realistic life style changes to my daily diet. Cailean knows how to push me to get the most from my
workout while at the same time creating a fun, safe atmosphere. Cailean's Boot Camp has helped me to be in
much better physical shape. I am even excited about exercising! I have completed two 5k runs last month, and
I am currently training for a half marathon in another month and a half. I met my goal to make it in the
Washington State National Guard and am so thankful to Cailean for helping me achieve that dream.

Before joining Trilogy Fitness, I was nervous about starting personal training. I hated the way I looked, but
I was embarrassed because I didn't know how to change it. CJ immediately made me feel empowered, focusing on
what I COULD do. When I was able to push harder, he knew it and encouraged me to dig deeper. CJ not only
helped me reach my athletic goals, but also taught me how to maintain them. He inspires me to reach higher,
get faster and be stronger. I have completed my first 5K and now I’m training for my first triathlon!

When I first began boot camp with Trilogy a little over a month ago, I would never have imagined how much it would
have impacted my overall fitness. A month ago, I had so little upper body strength that I could not complete one
push up. A month ago, while I could walk a long distance, I could barely run a lap. Today, thanks to boot camp,
I can complete dozens of push-ups and I can run at least two miles. Thanks to boot camp, I feel comfortable wearing
sleeveless tops, as my arms are toned. In the last month, I have dropped two pants and dress sizes. I have had to
add extra holes in my belts and I have even had to buy a size small shirt because medium was too big.
Today, I actually feel good about shopping for clothes and for the first time in years, I don’t run away
from the camera. We now have lots of pictures with me in them. I have been told by friends and family that I look
like I did ten years ago.
I am so glad I decided to be brave enough to show up for that first session of boot camp with Cailean. Sure, it
looks intimidating and that first session is really tough, but once you get through the first day you feel like you
can accomplish anything.

5 important must do's to sculpt your Body!
- Drink 2 classes of water when you wake up to boost metabolism (Green tea helps too)
- Eat a solid breakfast to boost metabolism - 2 eggs with 1/2 cup of oatmeal and fruit.
- Eat every 3 - 4 hours and take your supplements - Breakfast, Snack, Lunch, Snack, Dinner.
- Superset your workout and do interval training
- Get some good ZZZZZZZ's
